What classes do you do?

How much are your classes?
Our 60 minute group fitness classes are £5 cash on the door. Online discounts are available when booking online. 30 minute online interactive classes are £3.50.
Do I have to be fit to start?
The only prerequisite in terms of your ability to conduct a class, is in your passing our PAR Q health screen form. Generally speaking, if neither you or your medical practitioner have any reasons as to why you shouldn’t exercise, you will be ok to exercise. In terms of fitness level, there is absolutely no requirement to be ‘fit’ before attending any of our classes as they can all be regressed and adapted to suit all levels of fitness.
How old do I have to be to attend a class?
Our venue based classes are open to ages 14+.
Ages 14/15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult who must also sign their Par Q health screen forms.
Ages 16+ can attend and fill in Par Q health screen forms themselves.
Online interactive classes are strictly ages 18+
Where are your classes?
Our indoor group fitness classes are held at Bishops School, Thetford, IP24 1EB
Our outdoor bootcamp is held at Castle Park, Thetford, meeting up in the corner of the park, next to the toilets/carpark off of Castle Lane opposite the Albion Pub
Online interactive classes can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home, or anywhere you have an internet connection.
Do I need to book online?
You are welcome to simply turn up to our venue based classes and pay cash on the door. However booking your class online provides a discounted entry price.
Online interactive BEACHBODY classes can only be booked online.
Can I bring my child(ren)?
Your children are welcome to spectate on the sidelines at the instructors discretion. Your children are under your sole supervision and should not disrupt the class. Whilst it is natural for kids to occasionally mimic or join in periodically with their parents, please be mindful that they are not paying attendees, not being instructed and all risk and responsibility falls on the supervising adult. We ask that you let us know in advance that your children will be coming.
How do I claim my first free session?
You can enjoy a free first group fitness session by using the code WELCOME in the discount code box when booking online.

How do I register an account?
You do not need to register an account to book a class online, but having an account will provide you with additional oversight of your classes. The option to register an account is provided on the confirmation screen after booking.
What should I wear to class?
We recommend comfortable gym wear and trainers for our indoor classes. We advise jewellery should be removed to prevent loss or injury.
For outdoor sessions, dress according to the weather conditions. For classes such as PIYO, the removal of shoes is permitted.
Can I spectate before joining in a class?
You are very welcome to spectate at any class. Please contact us to arrange.
What should I bring to class?
All equipment is provided at our classes. However, you are welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred, such as yoga mats or boxing gloves/mitts.
We recommend bringing adequate hydration. Some people like to bring gym towels.
What should I do if I can’t make a class I’ve booked?
Should you be unable to attend a class you have booked online, you can simply reschedule to a future class of the same type. This can be done through a reschedule link contained in your class confirmation email, or by logging onto your account (if you opted to create one).
You are free to reschedule up to 1 minute before your class start time for venue based sessions, with no reason needed and no penalty incurred.
Please note that due to the logistics of running online interactive classes, they can only be rescheduled up to 8 hours before the class start time, after which the class is locked in.
The website timetable doesn’t match the booking calendar?
We try to keep all calendars synchronised and up to date to the best of our ability. Should there ever be a conflict between calendars, the Booking Platform times and dates will always take priority and should always be taken as being correct. If you can book it on the Booking Platform the session is planned and open for entry regardless of whether it does or does not appear on any other calendar. On the flipside, if the Booking Platform calendar is not showing a class date that is shown elsewhere, it could be that the session has SOLD OUT.
Is there parking available at classes
There are parking options at all venue based classes. Bishops School, which accommodates all of our indoor classes, has it’s own carpark.
There are a variety of parking solutions in and around Castle Park, the location for our bootcamp class.
