Our outdoor Bootcamp is welcoming and open to all abilities, creating an atmosphere of social inclusion, teamwork, friendship and camaraderie. You'll conduct a variety of drills, games and challenges with solo, partnered and grouped workouts using bodyweight and/or weights/equipment.

If it's raining, we're training! We operate in all weathers throughout the year, building mental grit and providing additional physical challenge. We only have one rule.....noone gets cold! The colder and wetter the weather, the harder we work. Ensure you bring adequate hydration and dress for the weather.
