Our outdoor Bootcamp is welcoming and open to all abilities, creating an atmosphere of social inclusion, teamwork, friendship and camaraderie. You'll conduct a variety of drills, games and challenges with solo, partnered and grouped workouts using bodyweight and/or weights/equipment.

WHATEVER THE WEATHER!
If it's raining, we're training! We operate in all weathers*. Please ensure you bring adequate hydration, especially in hot temperatures, and dress for the weather. We recommend comfortable trainers (trail ideal), and please remember that it's better to have too many layers which can be removed if hot, than to have no extra layers to put on when cold. *At the instructors discretion, the bootcamp will not operate in conditions perceived to be extreme or unsafe (ie, lightning, high winds etc).
