THE 6 DEGREES FOR FREEDOM

R1ZE workouts are built around the six degrees of freedom, moving through each of the degrees in every class but with the inclusion of a riser. Using a riser is a great way to incorporate plyometric training at a reduced impact - as you’re able to achieve the power gains of jump training while also allowing the softer landing that a staggered height can provide.

Our online interactive fitness classes are conducted by a live instructor via an online video conferencing application called Zoom. You'll receive the same level of instruction, and real-time feedback as you would at a venue based session.
