Our booking system provides you total control and flexibility in regards to your booked fitness class(es).  If you are unable to attend a class for whatever reason, simply utilise the reschedule function found in your class confirmation email to reschedule your booking to a future date.  Rescheduling can be done up to 1 minute before your class starts and incurs no penalty.  Should you wish to reschedule your booking to a class of a different type we can do that our end on request.  Should a class be cancelled by us this will result in the automatic reaccrediting of any passes used.  If the session was purchased with cash, card or paypal, we will offer a ‘free session’ coupon code to compensate.


Prepaid fitness classes and unused class passes are fully transferrable to another person on request.


Stemz Fitness does not offer refunds on classes or passes, other than in the case where you are deemed medically unfit to participate in classes for the forseeable future.   In such a case we will refund any remaining classes and/or passes on request.  Strictly no refunds for past classes whether attended or no shows.


Our merchandise and clothing range are made to order.  As such we operate wishlists and preorders whilst we have items created.  If you have requested an item of merch or clothing, and find you no longer want it, simply contact us and we will take you off the wishlist.  If you have preordered and paid for merch and/or clothing, and no longer want the item, contact us and we will issue a refund.


Once you have received your merch and/or clothing, please check that it fits and you are happy with your purchase.  Once received you have 24 hours in which to contact us for a refund should the item not be to your liking or specifications.  Any request for a refund made within 24 hours of collection will be honoured.   Strictly no refunds on merchandise or clothing after 24 hours of receiving them.
